TIG AND MIG

WELDING

Our MIG and TIG welding services are perfect to produce high precision, aesthetically pleasing, finished welds for a variety of different industries.

TIG welding excels at producing welds on thin materials with greater control, while MIG welding is faster and better suited for thicker materials and large-scale production due to its higher speed and ease of use, but with slightly less precision and visual appeal compared to TIG

SHEET METAL BEAD

ROLLING

Bead Rolling is a 'wheeling' technique used to selectively emboss/deboss sheet materials to increase part rigidity and aesthetics.

We can create raised or recessed "bead" shapes on sheet metal, which can include round beads, flat beads (square profile), step beads, and various other custom profiles depending on the specific die set used, allowing for a wide range of shapes and patterns to be formed

SHEET METAL

SHAPING

We utilize an English wheeling machine to shape different metals into compound curves (curves with multiple contours).

An English wheel works by stretching metal between two steel wheels set up on a frame. The pressure can be varied by moving the lower wheel (known as the anvil) closer or farther away from the upper wheel.

POWDER COATING

AND CURING

Powder coating is a surface finishing technique that applies a dry powder to a surface and then cures it with heat or ultraviolet light. The result is a thick, durable coating that's tougher than paint.

MACH 9 uses powder coating and curing for many of our fabricated parts manufactured providing a layer of protection against corrosion, scratches/chipping and fading. It’s one of the most economical, longest lasting, and most color-durable quality finishes available on virtually any type of metal
